This solution was developed as an information aid intended to educate consumers on the various models and benefits of owning a Jeep. It was surmised that by giving the consumer the ability to control their own experience they would feel much more informed when they were in decision-making mode.
The developed interactive allowed customers to watch promotional videos, sample key features of the brand, add and remove vehicle options, see the vehicle in any color and all at the customer’s own pace.
The application also allowed a user to upload their details so that either a brochure could be sent to them or a sale representative could contact them at an appropriate time.
Based on the Touch2update CM system the content could be easily updated and changed as required by the client. |
