All TouchMate kiosks are available with an optional onsite service & support warranty. This warranty ensures that your kiosk will be covered in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with the kiosk.
Our Touchscreen kiosks are reliable and we can show you the statistics to prove it. One example is a Touchscreen kiosk solution consisting of 18 kiosks fitted with receipt printers and EFTPOS terminals for a university. In over 36 months with the Touchscreen kiosks operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week there has been only 1 faulty component service call ( a broken printer gear).
The onsite service & support warranty can be taken for 12 months, 24 months, or 36 months and there are a number of options including:
