Touchmate takes pride in dealing with each and every project with the same degree of importance, regardless of how big or small it may be. We build design and build our projects from the ground up, on staff we have designers, engineers, fabricators and software developers.

Internally we have CNC machines, tig welders, mig welders, panbrakes (folding machines) and a full fibreglass and plastic section to allow us to cost effectively produce our units. Large or small volumes, custom or standard we are geared up to produce.

To ensure things go as smoothly as possible, we always follow a series of stages that take a project from a basic concept to completion.

Step 1 - Listen

During this first stage we consult with you on your fundamental aims and objectives. Our goal is to understand your target market, possible competitors, and business strategies. We also gather information on your initial concepts and ideas.

Step 2 - Plan

After studying and analyzing your business strategies and creative concepts, we propose a plan and direction for your consideration. We provide options and ideas, and define the requirements, boundaries, and budget for the proposed project.

Step 3 - Deliver

Upon Agreement to Proceed we begin to turn the proposal into reality. We work with you to deliver a product of the highest quality on time and on budget to meet your deadlines. We stand behind our products and provide on-going support and follow up to ensure your lasting satisfaction.
