Touch2Update
A Content Management System for Kiosks.

The Touch2Update system is a proprietary application developed by TouchMate.  It is a system that will allow the owner of a Touchscreen Kiosk to easily and quickly update and maintain control of the content that displays on their kiosk.

The system is designed to use a web browser to allow for the updating of the information, it is very simple and easy to learn, and is no more complicated to use than a basic word processing program.

The basic structure of the system is a hosted server that contains a database. The Touch2Update system resides on that system - the facilitator of the Touch2Update system has the flexibility to change the content that is viewed on a Touchscreen - it could be done via the actual Touchscreen that displays the information or it could be done remotely via a web browser which has adequate security levels that will protect the integrity of the content, this would enable kiosks to be situated all around the country and the content updated from one central location - which then automatically replicates through all the kiosks.

The Touch2Update publishing engine takes the content that is stored and generates the final pages.  This is a dynamic process and therefore ensures that content is always the most recent version.
