All enclosures come with a standard 24-month return to base warranty. Return to Base means that if there is a problem with the kiosk, and it cannot be resolved via the phone then the enclosure must come back to us for inspections and the appropriate repairs.
An Optional onsite warranty (up to 3 years) is also available – this covers the removal and refitting of any and all Faulty internal components.
This warranty does not cover damage from abuse or neglect, outside influences i.e. flood damage, or power surges. This warranty also does not cover maintenance issues i.e. paper jams.
